Sausage Making Course Saturday 25th May 2024 Afternoon


Learn how to make the perfect sausage every time, ensuring your meat binds without unnecessary additives and how to link your sausages like a pro!

Find out which sausage casings are best, and pick up tips to help you make and flavour your own delicious sausages for the long summer barbeques.


The course will feature a hands on 'make your own sausages' session, where you take your own creations home after they have been put to the taste test against the other course participants over a cold drink.

Add the morning Pork to Fork Course for a full day of fun!!

Course runs from 12noon to 3.30pm  approx.
After course refreshment will be provided
