Bacon and Ham Curing and Pork Butchering Course Half Day Morning
Our family have been pork butchers for more than four generations and have celebrated more than 100 years of bacon and ham curing in Hawkes Bay.

Come and join us for a day of dealing to a pig, including breaking down a carcass, creating cuts and how they can be used, cooking techniques and bacon and ham making.

Ideal for lifestylers ,hunters and cooks who want to go a bit further into the mechanics of meat and creating their own delicious bacon and ham .

Course runs from 9am-12 noon approx.
